Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. * Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience* 2+ years of total relevant work experience* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work deeply with large, complex datasets and translate data into actionable insights.* Experience conducting market, competitor, or performance analysis using Morningstar and eVestment to support business or product decisions.* Demonstrated interest in investment products, multi-asset strategies, retirement solutions, or financial markets, with a strong desire to deepen product and market knowledge.* Ability to identify inefficiencies in data, reporting, or processes and proactively propose automation or optimization solutions.* Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to synthesize findings into clear, concise takeaways for senior stakeholders.* Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to take ownership of analytical work that informs real business decisions.* Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative or analytical field (or equivalent experience).* CFA, CAIA (or progression towards)* Experience building or maintaining analytical tools, dashboards, or automated reporting using platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau (strongly preferred), Alteryx, SQL (strongly preferred), Python (strongly preferred), or similar technologies.Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.

Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
