Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional EHS strategies that align with organizational goals.
Integrate EHS into business planning and operations through collaboration with leadership.
Create scalable programs to encourage safety engagement and accountability.
Analyze EHS performance data and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local, and OSHA regulations.
Lead by example to foster a proactive safety mindset across the organization.
Mentor and develop local EHS teams to build capability and leadership.
Oversee audits, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Manage incident investigations, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Prepare reports for stakeholders and maintain comprehensive EHS records.
Lead emergency response readiness and sustainability initiatives.
Serve as a strategic partner by integrating environmental, health, and safety priorities into every aspect of business planning and operations.
Work closely with leadership to develop programs that inspire engagement and accountability at all levels.
Influence a culture of proactive safety through visible leadership and empowerment of EHS teams.
Facilitate high-impact EHS training sessions for employees and leaders.
Champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices within EHS.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align EHS strategies with broader organizational objectives.
Anticipate emerging risks and implement robust environmental programs to address them.
Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to ensure ongoing compliance and resilience.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
5–10 years’ EHS experience in multi-site/regional roles.
Previous leadership experience required.
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards.
Experience developing EHS systems and leading change initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Relevant certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) are desirable.
Proven success managing projects and cross-functional teams.
