Role Overview Attersee is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing & Content Manager to oversee the brand’s content strategy, digital communications, and editorial marketing across all channels — translating seasonal creative vision into consistent, compelling brand storytelling from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Strategy This role is the connective tissue between creative direction and market planning and execution, responsible for ensuring every season’s key messaging is reflected cohesively across all content layers and channels.

Contribute to the brand’s seasonal marketing deck and communications calendar, ensuring alignment across all channels and departments.

Collaborate with the Head of Merchandising, Creative Director, and Art Director to build the seasonal marketing plan and social media strategy to communicate the key messaging of the season. This strategy should be reflected across all content layers: the campaign, lookbook, pickup shoots, UGC, and special projects.

Distribute bi-monthly digital and email marketing performance reports on the brand’s email and social campaigns.

Content and Asset Organization The Brand Marketing & Content Manager serves as the primary steward of Attersee’s visual and written assets, ensuring all content is organized, properly distributed, and consistently aligned with brand standards.

Organize and maintain the Asset Master document: a single document that contains all editorial asset selects, including campaigns, lookbooks, Ecomm, and special project shoots; ensure final selects are aligned with brand standards and delivered on schedule.

Oversee ecommerce asset selects in collaboration with the Art Director, providing retouching notes and managing the master asset deck through to final approval.

Manage all asset organization in decks and Dropbox

Distribute brand assets to content partners, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the correct, up-to-date files.

Build new content and editorial pages on the website in Shopify, working closely with the Art Director on creative execution.

Manage asset libraries post-shoot: edit selects, oversee retouching workflow, and ensure final assets are organized and accessible.

Communication This role owns the brand voice across all written channels and is responsible for producing copy that is compelling, on-brand, and consistently delivered on schedule.

Own copy for email and digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to bi-weekly Klaviyo email campaigns.

Present the newsletter plan in weekly content calls and ensure copy is approved well in advance of send time.

Community Management This role owns Attersee’s day-to-day social media presence across all platforms, maintaining a consistent and considered feed that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and drives community engagement as well as its editorial and influencer marketing efforts, building the relationships and programs that extend the brand’s reach and deepen its cultural presence.

Own the Attersee Instagram content calendar and manage all campaign rollouts across the @attersee account.

Handle day-to-day posting and account maintenance for @attersee.

Manage ShopMy: maintain product links, update collections, and ensure the platform reflects current inventory and editorial priorities.

Monitor CX and VIP DMs and coordinate with the relevant team members to ensure timely, on-brand responses.

Own and manage influencer relationships: serve as primary contact, maintain ongoing communication, and develop the influencer marketing calendar and budget.

Oversee the influencer gifting program and all associated special editorial projects.

Manage shipments for gifting and press purposes, including label creation and stock management in coordination with the production team.

Special Projects Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, this role takes ownership of Attersee’s smaller production efforts and special editorial projects, shepherding each one from concept through delivery.

Lead production communications for small pick-up shoots and special project shoots: create decks, brief photographers, and manage all pre- and post-shoot logistics.

Lead or contribute to content creation and graphic design needs for campaigns, including Bloggle and other editorial formats.

Manage product shipments for shoots and special projects, coordinating with the production and warehouse teams.

Experience | Skills

3-5 years of prior work in the luxury space preferred

Affiliate marketing experience with ShopMy or similar preferred

Knowledge of Shopify, Webflow, Klayvio is a plus

Basic Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro

Google Analytics / Meta Business Suite
