Internal Communication Manager with travel/hospitality experience
The Internal Communications Manager leads the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that support employee engagement, brand alignment, and business priorities. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver clear, consistent messaging across internal channels and ensures communications are timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience within the travel or hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel internal communication strategies across email, intranet, digital platforms, and events
Manage end-to-end content creation, including messaging, copywriting, and editorial planning
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment and accuracy of communications
Oversee communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives and updates
Lead planning and execution of internal events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
Manage agency or vendor relationships as needed for content development and execution
Track and analyze communication effectiveness using KPIs; optimize messaging and channels based on performance insights
Ensure all communications meet brand, compliance, and governance standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or related field, preferably within travel or hospitality
Proven experience managing multi-channel communication strategies and content development
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing communications
Familiarity with compliance and approval processes in a corporate environment
Experience managing external vendors or agencies is a plus
