Qualifications

Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Purpose Organize and manage routine work activities and provide clerical services to the Director for Health Services and Health Services Administration
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Perform secretarial/clerical duties for Director for Health Services and Health Services Administration.
Financial Clerk for Health Services Department.
TCP Manager for Health Services Staff.
Fixed Assets Clerk for Health Services Department.
Coordinates communication with nurses and department personnel.
Assists in operations and maintenance of technology software associated with the Health Services Dept.
Eduphoria secretarial/clerical duties for Director of Health Services. Coordinating the needs of the Health Services Staff Development sessions.
Arranges vision and hearing classes for district volunteers through Department of State Health Services.
Arranges CPR/AED and First Aid certification sessions for KISD employees.
Collect, compile and prepare district health data for district and state reports (vision, hearing, scoliosis and Acanthosis Nigricans).
Oversees acquisition, maintenance, and replacement schedule of AED units and provides guidelines and procedure packets for all newly acquired AED units in the District. Also maintains district AEDs as fixed assets in Katy Asset Management (KAMs) database.
Manages maintenance and replacement of standard clinic equipment including arrangements for annual calibration of audiometers for hearing screening.
Greet and assist visitors and district personnel to Health Services Office.
Arrange interviews with nurse and nurse aide applicants.
Other duties as assigned.
Equipment Used Personal Computer, printer, copier, calculator, and fax machine
Working Conditions Maintain emotional control under stress. Work with frequent interruptions. Repetitive hand motions. Moderate lifting required.
