Position Overview We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our Business Development Center. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—responsible for generating appointments and creating opportunities for our sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads (phone, internet, text) quickly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects and prior customers
Set, confirm, and manage appointments for Sales and Service
Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
Follow proven processes to maximize show rates and conversions
Deliver a high-quality, positive customer experience on every interaction
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and phone presence
Customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Coachable, competitive, and team-oriented mindset
Basic computer/CRM skills
