Position Overview
TEKsystems is hiring Document Management Specialists to support a financial services client in Fishers, IN. Contract to Hire position. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Fully on-site. Responsibilities
Sort incoming mail. Review documents for accuracy, update system with received information. Scan images and process for automated indexing. Sort and prepare documents for shipping. Create and manage reports. Filing and organizing stored documents. Assist with special projects, as needed. Qualifications
Administration experience. Data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
