Public Relations Internship Opportunity at AZIONE PR (NYC Office)
AZIONE PR, an award-winning public relations and creative communications agency, is seeking a dedicated Public Relations Intern to support our NYC team. This unpaid, for-credit internship offers hands‑on experience within our
Influencer + VIP department in the NYC office
Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, 10-5PM, providing the opportunity to work closely with top‑tier brands and gain valuable insight into the communications field.
Only candidates who are currently enrolled in college will be considered.
As an intern at AZIONE, you will assist the Influencer + VIP beauty department with day‑to‑day tasks and assignments based on client needs. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Drafting pitches, plans, creative briefs, and more to support influencer and celebrity outreach
Researching and identifying new talent based on client priorities
Building and maintaining influencer/talent lists and formatting Google documents
Recommending appropriate influencers, talent, and entertainment opportunities for projects
Supporting the conceptualization and execution of creative seeding boxes for VIP/influencer gifting
Maintaining and organizing client assets (images, fact sheets, press materials, lookbooks, influencer lists, etc.)
Compiling campaign wrap reports, including analytics, social coverage, and feedback
Creating look books for samples and gifting
Monitoring industry news and trends and sharing relevant insights with the team
Staying informed on new technologies and trends across existing and emerging social media platforms
Demonstrating proactivity, resourcefulness, and tenacity in problem-solving
Assisting with packing influencer mailers and creating shipping labels
Ideal Candidate
Currently enrolled in college and eligible for a for‑credit internship
Majoring in communications, public relations, or a related field with a strong interest in PR
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Able to multitask in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Prior PR or communications experience is a plus, but not required
Location: NYC Office (In‑person, 1–2 days/week)
Preferred Days: Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, 10-5PM
