Quality Documentation Specialist Pay Rate:
$35.00/hr. – $39.00/hr.
Job Summary The Quality Documentation Specialist supports APM Quality Assurance processes by managing documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating with document owners to maintain accurate and complete records within client systems. This role plays a key part in documentation remediation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Review APM Quality Assurance procedures and collaborate with document owners to ensure accurate document transfer into client systems.
Maintain and update documentation in accordance with Quality System requirements.
Support special projects including
documentation remediation, training assignments, and records retention .
Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and regulatory standards.
Monitor compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
Produce progress reports and updates for senior management.
Conduct regular document reviews and audits.
Ensure timely delivery of documentation to support project milestones.
Act as a liaison across departments to address quality issues and mitigate risks.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum
5 years of related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage
confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective internal relationships
