Asset Retention Specialist
is a key driver of growth and stability within their territory. By balancing proactive canceled‑loan management with the mentorship of new associates, this role ensures our collection efforts remain professional and efficient. You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver "legendary service" and turn potential losses into long‑term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
Relationship & Service Management: Deliver high‑level support to agents, brokers, and customers while maintaining precise documentation of all interactions.
Loan Recovery & Collections: Manage a specific territory of canceled loans by negotiating repayment options and coordinating return premiums.
Analysis & Problem Solving: Evaluate arrears to identify root causes and collaborate with partners to resolve payment issues and communicate impacts.
Operational Support & Growth: Utilize performance reporting to recommend loan write‑offs, mentor new staff, and lead cross‑functional process improvements.
Experience
Professional Experience: 2+ years in administrative, customer service, insurance, or commercial lending roles (premium finance experience is a plus).
Communication & Relationship Building: Proven ability to maintain strong professional partnerships through excellent verbal and written communication.
Operational Skills: Highly organized with strong time management, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a high school diploma (some college preferred).
Work Style: Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively in team‑based settings to meet organizational goals.
Salary: $42,000-$56,000
