As a
Recruitment Consultant
in our Orlando office, you’ll focus on placing
highly skilled engineering professionals
into long-term roles across the U.S. power market.
This is a
client-facing 360 sales role
ideal for someone who thrives in a
target-driven environment , enjoys
winning business , and wants to build a
high-performing desk with uncapped earning potential .
What You’ll Be Doing
Build relationships with hiring managers across the
power & energy sector
Win new business through
cold outreach, referrals, and market mapping
Negotiate terms, fees, and manage the full client lifecycle
Identify and engage
permanent engineering professionals
across specialist markets
Conduct screening, interviews, and manage the full recruitment process
Deliver high-quality shortlists aligned to client requirements
Manage interview processes, offers, and salary negotiations
Close placements and drive
consistent revenue generation
Build repeat business through strong delivery and relationship management
Map out the
power engineering market
and identify hiring trends
Develop a strong network within your vertical
Track competitor activity and uncover new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Experience in
recruitment or sales
(360 experience preferred)
Strong
business development mindset
and ability to win clients
Commercially driven with a focus on
revenue and performance
Confident managing a
full recruitment lifecycle
Resilient, proactive, and target-oriented
Must have permanent U.S. work authorization
