Vaco is actively searching for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to sit on-site at our client in South Charlotte, NC. Must be able to work on a W2 basis with no sponsorship (No C2C or 3rd party vendors).

Required Skills

Local to Charlotte, NC

W2 basis only

Tier 1 helpdesk support for hardware, software, access and connectivity issues

Previous experience troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365, Outlook, MS Teams, and SharePoint

Proven experience maintaining ticketing queue and escalating issues when needed

Experience assisting with onboarding, offboarding, account setup, permissions, and equipment deployment
