We are looking for a motivated person for the position of consultant (m/f/d) in the Parts and Accessories division for a renowned automotive company.
Your Responsibilities MSX is seeking a field-based consultant for the parts trade to support our client’s dealer network in increasing parts sales through in-depth analysis, implementation of best practice processes, and sales coaching across all dealership sales activities:
Assess the current status of participating dealers
Develop a tailored action plan
Set priorities for improvement measures at the dealerships, considering the size, simplicity of opportunities, and dealer capabilities
Present the report and action plan to dealership management to gain buy-in and ownership
Present the action plan and responsibilities to dealership staff to ensure alignment at all levels
Conduct a thorough business review of all related activities and analyse root causes
Prepare comprehensive business review results/reports
Identify and support marketing and campaigns to maximise opportunities within independent workshops
Work Conditions
40 hours per week (1 day remote/week)
Contract type: permanent
Location: 90% field-based

University degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry in after-sales projects
Good knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience in a spare parts sales project
Speaking Dutch, French and English
High adaptability to changing priorities
Consultative and analytical approach
Proactive mindset
