Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting both employees and business operations in our marketing organization. You will contribute to a variety of HR functions including benefits administration, payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment support, policy management, onboarding, HR analytics, employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and employee development. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Handle employee relations including counseling, conflict resolution, performance management, termination reviews, and exit interviews.

Maintain and manage HR systems such as the SharePoint site, SuccessFactors performance management, ADP Timekeeping, and serve as backup for SAP HCM.

Support employee engagement programs and represent MT-NA on related committees.

Manage HR data tracking outside of SAP HCM and administer employee leaves of absence.

Assist with recruitment efforts, bonus and merit programs, and generate routine and special HR reports.

Provide oversight of job definitions, compensation programs, and support compliance activities including government audits.

Organize and support employee training needs.

Demonstrate professionalism, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, sound decision-making, initiative, innovation, and teamwork ability.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field preferred; however, 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience is required

Strong knowledge and proficiency in HRIS systems and various HR tools/software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Analytical skills to support HR analytics and reporting

Experience in employee engagement, training, and development programs

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
