Join our team to transform lives by providing personalized foot‑care solutions. As a sales associate, you will demonstrate and educate customers on our Good Feet product lines while upholding high standards of service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing compassionate, personalized consultations to customers based on their needs and lifestyle.
Demonstrating the Good Feet product lines with the intent to support customer concerns and goals.
Educating customers on the 3‑Step system or 3‑Step Bundle and how it supports their wellness goals.
Performing personalized consultative fittings, standing, walking, and kneeling to ensure correct product size and support.
Supporting customers during balance, walk, and fit‑testing activities.
Creating an environment conducive to achieving team and personal goals based on company metrics.
Supporting growth of individual team members through coaching and engagement in company initiatives.
Participating in ongoing training to optimize scripts, product knowledge, and sales objectives.
Maintaining return percentages under company benchmarks.
Maintaining professionalism in all communication and business activities.
Handling product deliveries and assisting with inventory management.
Completing opening and closing operations as directed by sales management.
Engaging in regular store and company‑wide meetings in virtual or in‑person environments.

Occasional travel to other stores for assistance.

Average annual amount: $60,000‑$80,000.
Hourly rate of $15.00 per hour.
Base hourly rates paid every two weeks for hours worked.
A tiered commission structure based on total sales in the previous month.
Commission paid monthly.
Requirements Required Skills/Abilities
Mindset geared toward brightening customers’ day through friendly and respectful consultations.
Drive to reach set goals and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
Collaborative approach to team building and continued training opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and efficient.
Preferred: Previous use of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Preferred: Previous use of POS systems.
Preferred: Understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Preferred: Consultative sales or customer‑facing sales experience.
Physical Requirements
Comfortable with constant talking, standing, walking, kneeling, assisting customers with shoes, bending, reaching, and helping with walk and balance tests.
Lifting up to 40 pounds.
Ascending or descending ladders or step stools.
