Summary Provides leadership and administrative direction for the development, implementation, evaluation, and operational management of integrated inpatient behavioral health services and Emergency Department Behavioral Health Crisis Unit. The leader is accountable and responsible for professional practices, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, marketing, and program refinement in response to needs and trends of behavioral health.
Education
Master’s degree in advanced practice areas such as MSW, MBA, MHA, or MSN.
Experience
Seven years of related behavioral health experience, including leadership.
Credentials
Current FL RN, LCSW, or LMHC licensure is preferred.
CPI Training or equivalent is desired.
