Location: Midtown Manhattan; Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person, Entry-Level; Schedule: Monday - Friday What You'll Do
Represent partner brands in face-to-face interactions with customers Provide high-quality customer support and product/service information Assist in coordinating daily team activities and workflows Help maintain brand presentation standards at events or retail locations Learn and apply basic leadership, training, and management responsibilities Participate in meetings, workshops, and ongoing training Track customer feedback and contribute ideas for process improvement What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a face-to-face customer environment Professionalism and reliability Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. No prior management experience needed — full training is provided Compensation
