As the
Grand Opening GM , you’ll be the driving force behind our presale launch, community outreach, and opening-day success. What normally takes months or years to build—membership base, brand recognition, and sales volume—you’ll experience in a matter of weeks. If you want to put your leadership and sales skills to the test on the biggest stage, this is it.
What You’ll Do Presale Phase (Before Doors Open)
Lead the presale team and drive excitement in the community.
Convert leads into memberships to grow our founding member base.
Execute grassroots marketing: business-to-business outreach, sign waving, tent events, and vendor partnerships.
Generate and track leads through outreach, social media, and phone calls.
Host and support community events to create buzz for opening day.
Work outdoors in all conditions—rain or shine, Fort Worth will know Amped is coming.
Hold yourself and your team accountable for sales, lead generation, and daily activity goals.
Operational Phase (After Grand Opening)
Maintain Company Culture : Ensure a motivating, positive, and high-energy environment for staff and members.
Sales Strategies & Goals : Partner with your District Manager to develop and implement strategies that exceed revenue and membership growth targets.
Team Leadership & Development : Mentor Assistant GMs and Trainers, fostering leadership growth for future GMs.
Talent Acquisition : Hire, train, and cultivate top talent to build a winning team.
Performance Monitoring : Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to drive profitability, member retention, and operational success.
Revenue Growth : Maintain a strong monthly draft, increase revenue across all departments, and manage sales efforts.
Collaboration : Work closely with PT, front desk, and membership sales to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships and ensure top-tier service for every member.
Personal Training Oversight : Support PT programming, growth, and trainer success.
Requirements
Proven leadership in
fitness, retail, or sales management .
Strong background in
sales and customer service .
Comfortable leading from the front and setting the pace for your team.
