Role Description The School Director will oversee the daily operations and management of the Celebree School in Ashland, VA, ensuring high standards in education, safety, and organization. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and mentoring a team of educators, overseeing curriculum implementation, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and fostering strong relationships with families and the community. The successful candidate will ensure an enriching, nurturing, and safe learning environment for children while achieving operational and enrollment goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Curriculum Development and Education to support high-quality learning experiences for children.
Strong background in Educational Leadership and proven ability to lead teams effectively.
Experience in Training and Coaching to develop and mentor team members.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain compliance with licensing regulations and school policies.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field required.
Prior experience managing or directing an early childhood education center is preferred.
