What to Expect The Dealer Communications Manager is responsible for managing various on‑going dealer and field communication activities such as the dealer newsletter, sales, credit, commercial communications, monthly internal sales recaps, as well as supporting and/or owning various dealer marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for researching and writing content for these various communications and will manage multi‑channel execution strategy, own content and creative and coordinate with other departments as needed for reviews and approvals. In addition, this role is responsible for planning and execution of Dealer and Field engagement events.

What You Will Do

Dealer and Sales Field Communications:

Partner cross‑functional business stakeholders to determine communications and messaging for dealer audiences including all process, and program changes, and company communications impacting dealers.

Build project timelines for execution with various stakeholders including legal review and ensure milestones and timely execution.

Ensure adherence to all Legal and Compliance standards and procedures.

Ensure sales field alignment via email communications, field meetings and reviews.

Work with appropriate outsourced vendors to provide communication assets.

Dealer and Field Event Planning & Execution:

Manage the planning, communication and execution of Dealer and Field engagement events including but are not limited to Circle of Excellence, Dealer Summit, Sales Rally, Regional field and dealer meetings.

Partner with key stakeholders, OEM, and vendor partners to ensure successful event launch.

Qualifications What You Will Bring

Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in B2B communications.

Automotive or financial services experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proven ability to work with outsourced vendors for deliverables.

Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross‑functional departments and external stakeholders.

Strong business writer with the ability to craft messaging for a business audience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Project and Outlook), Canva, and Adobe programs (Campaign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a customer‑centric approach.

Operate well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Sound understanding of marketing principles.

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity, creativity and good judgment.

Must have the ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices.

Additional Information Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at‑home and office environment.
