About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
All Source Analyst
to join our team at
Joint Base Langley-Eustis , supporting the
480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW) . The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis and fusion with Analysis & Exploitation Teams (AETs) to deliver tailored, time‑dominant insights and solve complex problems for air component leaders and warfighters worldwide. Familiarity with integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver actionable insights that support mission objectives is desired for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
Single/Multi‑Discipline ISR Analysis
and
Multi‑Int Fusion
to support operational and strategic decision‑making, and tactical operations.
Perform analytical tradecraft support, including the development of predictive and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets as directed by theater air component(s).
Integrate data from various intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to track the disposition of adversary forces and provide actionable assessments.
Collaborate within AET and with analysts, operators, and mission planners assigned to similar ISR problem set(s) as directed.
Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection requirements to address them.
Comply with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
Travel may be required (up to 15%).
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years experience without degree, 3+ years with AA/AS degree, or 1+ year with BS/BA degree.
DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 111 Basic Level.
Proficiency in
Single/Multi‑Discipline ISR Analysis
and
Multi‑Int Fusion .
Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
Basic understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high‑quality intelligence analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
Security clearance: Active
Top Secret/SCI
clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
Knowledge of ISR targeting development, Distribution of Forces (DOF) analysis, and Mult‑Int ISR fusion.
Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all‑source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
Experience level: Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 2 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 5 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for an associate’s degree.
Details Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
