Property Administrator

Assist Property Managers with the operations and maintenance of commercial real estate and equipment in Company commercial portfolio.

Perform leasing responsibilities such as coordinating marketing & advertisement, leases & renewal processes, managing social media accounts, and responding to tenant inquiries.

Coordinate all administrative functions to ensure achievement of Company goals and objectives are achieved. Includes areas of finance, lease/management, and operations for the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; commensurate experience is acceptable in lieu of degree

1-3 years experience required

Proficiency with Property Management Software & Security access control and video software

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to adjust to changing priorities

Ability to work independently

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to read and comprehend contract language.

Ability to proofread and edit documents

Ability to be discrete

Prefer to be working towards RPA, FML and/or CPM
