Position Overview
Marquette Management, Inc., a leading residential property management company in Chicago, IL, is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Generate traffic and tour prospective tenants.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the properties.
Close lease sales and complete necessary documentation.
Work weekends as required.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Outstanding customer service orientation.
Ability to work well with others and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Sales ability and experience.
Proficiency in creating and implementing marketing plans, including social media marketing.
Strong communication skills.

Starting wage $21.00‑$25.00/hr based on experience.
