What You’ll Do as an Assistant Property Manager
Assist with rent calculations, collections, and payroll support
Handle recertifications and ensure compliance (LIHTC/HUD experience a plus!)
Show units + support leasing efforts
Jump in to manage operations when the PM is out
Respond to resident concerns and create a positive community experience
Coordinate with maintenance + monitor property performance
What We’re Looking For in an Assistant Property Manager
Property management experience required
Must be comfortable with payroll and financials
Strong communication + problem-solving skills
Someone proactive, organized, and ready to take initiative
