We are a growing architecture firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects, with all disciplines handled in-house, including Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
About the Role This is a technical production role, not a design position. The primary responsibility is developing accurate, coordinated construction drawings. While the focus begins with architectural drafting, this role will expand into full structural and MEP construction documents over time.
What You’ll Do
Develop full
architectural construction document sets
Progress into producing
structural and MEP construction documents
Coordinate drawings across all disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency
Apply
Florida Building Code
requirements throughout plan development
Work closely with project managers and senior staff to meet deadlines
Take ownership of assigned projects from drafting through completed CD sets
What We’re Looking For Required:
Strong experience in architectural construction documentation
Proficiency in
Revit
Proficiency in
AutoCAD Architecture
Working knowledge of
Florida Building Code
Basic understanding of structural and MEP systems or clear ability to learn quickly
Fluent in English
Preferred:
Spanish speaking
Experience with structural or MEP drafting
Ideal Candidate
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Process-driven and consistent
Comfortable owning work and meeting deadlines
Adaptable and capable of learning new disciplines (structural and MEP)
Strong communicator in a team environment
What This Role Is Not
Not a design or rendering role
Not focused on interiors
This is a construction documentation and coordination role

$20+ per hour , based on experience
