Bilingual Leasing Professional – Houston, TX
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Leasing Professional to join one of our communities in Houston, TX.
Job Responsibilities
Generate new leases and renewals
Conduct local marketing to attract prospects
Connect with prospects, schedule tours, and follow up consistently
Tour the community and present apartment homes using strong product knowledge
Process applications, including credit/background screening
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
English proficiency required; additional languages such as Arabic, Pashto, and Urdu are a plus
Tax Credit knowledge is a plus
Experience with OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Blue Moon, and Funnel preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and strong listening skills
Reliable transportation
Social media experience is a plus
Hospitality experience is a plus
Proven ability to close leases
