Calculated Hire is in search of a Loan Servicing Representative II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Responsibilities
Handle shipping and mailbox processing tasks accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service goals
Assist with reporting and documentation as needed
Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all work
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency with standard office software and systems
Prior experience in lending or financial operations in the field or applicable schooling is a plus but not required
