What You Will Be Doing

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.

Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000 (base hourly rate plus uncapped commission). Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days.

Additional Compensation & Time Off Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a minimum of 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum requirements for paid sick leave are provided under applicable state law.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November through December).

Minimum 18 years of age.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and find solutions.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 10 pounds.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must complete a 4‑day New Hire University training program within 2 weeks of their start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
