Hearing Care Sales Consultant – Madison, MS
Base + Commission | High Earning Potential
We are a growing Beltone hearing care practice in Madison seeking a motivated, results‑driven Sales Consultant to help expand our local market share. This role is ideal for a strong closer who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. If you’ve been interested in medical device sales, this is your opportunity — we provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Licensed candidates or audiologists are eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Entry / non‑licensed: $25,000–$28,000 base salary
Proven sales / licensed: $30,000–$38,000 base salary
Tiered commission up to 12%
Monthly growth bonuses
Top performers earn $90K–$120K+ annually

Work‑life balance: Monday–Friday 8–5, most weekends and holidays off
Responsibilities
Conduct needs‑based consultations and present personalized hearing solutions
Close sales ethically while exceeding revenue goals
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention
Help grow referrals and community presence
Work closely with clinical and front office staff
Qualifications
Proven sales success (consultative or high‑ticket preferred)
Strong communication skills
Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated
Comfortable working with older adults
Professional, coachable, and performance‑driven
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
