
Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant

Seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish), passionate, energetic and people-focused Automotive Sales Consultant! If you thrive on connecting with people, love the thrill of closing a deal and want to be part of the A-Team, you will fit right in!
5 day work week - Saturday is mandatory.
Sale Department Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00pm
Duties/Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk in customers.
Respond via personalized email, text or phone call to all online leads assigned by Vinsolutions.
Complete a minimum of 20 phone calls daily to potential customers.
Remove snow from vehicles when weather permits.
Keep up to date on the inventory by checking logs and walking the lot daily.
Meet monthly sale requirements per pay plan.
Must stay up to date on all company and manufacturer required trainings throughout employment with the company.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to professionally communicate with management and coworkers.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must pass a background, drug screening and have a clean MVR!
Education and Experience
High school diploma required.
At least three years of sales experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
