360 Recruitment Consultant – Sales Role- Miami, FL $50,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE ~ $85,000)

You’ll be responsible for winning new business, qualifying client needs, understanding candidate motivations, and pitching tailored recruitment solutions that deliver results on both sides.

The Opportunity As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle:

Prospecting and generating new business opportunities

Questioning and qualifying client needs, challenges, and growth plans

Pitching your services and positioning yourself as a trusted partner

Sourcing and interviewing candidates to fully understand their wants and career goals

Managing offers, negotiations, and closing deals

Building a specialist market in SAP, Salesforce, or Data

You’ll effectively operate as your own business within the business with full training, leadership support, and clear progression.
