Business Strategy, Planning and Reporting Analyst
The Business Strategy, Planning & Reporting Analyst supports enterprise strategy, performance management and executive reporting. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights, support strategic planning initiatives and execution of high-impact business priorities. Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Insights
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments Develop business cases to support growth initiatives and strategic investments Identify partnership opportunities and support business development efforts Contribute to annual planning cycles and strategic alignment Support development of enterprise strategy, long‑term plans, and roadmaps Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
Analyze KPIs and business performance metrics across functions Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive‑level reports Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations Support forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modeling Track performance trends and measure strategic initiative outcomes Strategy Execution & Operations
Support execution of enterprise and line‑of‑business strategic initiatives Lead or assist in high‑priority projects addressing key business challenges Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies across strategic programs Deliver executive presentations and reporting updates Drive implementation of AI‑enabled and data‑driven use cases where applicable Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other business units Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables Facilitate meetings, track action items, and support governance routines Ensure coordination across teams to drive execution Process Improvement & Continuous Enhancement
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Support implementation of tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions Enhance reporting cadence and governance structures Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and executive narratives Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools Strong communication and presentation skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail PIVOTAL EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
The Business Strategy, Planning & Reporting Analyst must have strong analytical skills and experience working with data to support business decisions. This role requires tracking performance metrics, building reports and dashboards, and supporting strategic planning efforts. The candidate should be able to work across teams, communicate insights clearly, and manage multiple priorities. Experience in strategy, analytics, or financial services is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field 3–7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or consulting Experience in financial services or banking preferred Proven experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic planning Experience working with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES
