We are seeking a
Mortgage Specialist / Foreclosure Processor
who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to meaningful, high-impact legal and mortgage servicing work. In this role, you will support attorneys and servicing teams across multiple jurisdictions, manage active foreclosure and related mortgage default cases, and gain hands-on experience in a field that plays a critical role in the mortgage servicing and creditor’s rights industry.
As part of a long-established and rapidly expanding multi-state practice, you will gain direct exposure to state court processes, foreclosure procedures, and end-to-end case management. This role provides a strong foundation in mortgage documentation, legal processes, case coordination, and regulatory compliance—essential skills that grow in value as your experience advances.

Key Responsibilities Mortgage & Foreclosure Case Management
Review mortgage loan documents, payment histories, and default-related documentation.
Draft and prepare foreclosure-related documents including Notices, Letters, Assignments, Deeds, Motions, Complaints, and Judgments for attorney review.
Manage foreclosure pipelines and maintain accurate case records in compliance with state laws, investor guidelines, and client requirements.
Workflow & Document Processing
Process and review high volumes of mortgage and legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Track critical deadlines, foreclosure milestones, and court timelines across multiple jurisdictions.
Maintain internal tracking systems and calendars to ensure timely progression of cases.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for mortgage servicers, attorneys, trustees, and internal stakeholders.
Provide status updates, case summaries, and documentation to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with legal and servicing teams to resolve issues, obtain missing documentation, and ensure smooth case flow.
Compliance & Operational Support
Ensure adherence to foreclosure regulations, investor requirements, and internal policies.
Assist with audits, reporting, and quality control initiatives.
Contribute to process improvements as operations expand across multiple states.
Desired Skills & Qualifications Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document/case management systems
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, bankruptcy, or a law firm environment
Familiarity with loan servicing platforms, client portals, or case management systems
