We are looking for a great new Membership Director. Creative. Detail‑oriented. Enthusiastic. Curious. Organized. Is this you? We are a statewide professional organization dedicated to the education and professionalism of trial lawyers and the preservation and improvement of the judicial system.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee / implement total membership lifecycle (renewals, prospecting, welcoming, onboarding).
Manage membership database with exquisite care, updating member information daily, running reports, analyzing data.
Communicate effectively with members, judges, legislators and other constituencies.
Staff membership committee and help direct volunteer members through critical tasks.
Promote member involvement in the Association.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Demonstrated success in membership recruitment, retention, and engagement, achieving revenue goals, maintaining database integrity, and managing volunteers.
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Minimal in‑state travel required (annual convention expected).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with some association management/membership database software applications is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office applications is expected.
