Role Summary
We are looking for a technical
SFMC Developer
to build and maintain advanced marketing solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of cross-channel journeys, technical configuration of
Data Cloud
for identity resolution, and the development of automated data streams for
Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) .
Key Technical Responsibilities
Develop highly personalized, dynamic email templates and CloudPages using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
Build and manage complex, multi-step customer journeys in Journey Builder and data-heavy workflows in Automation Studio.
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for large-scale data segmentation and transformation within Data Extensions.
Configure Data Streams and map data to the Cloud Information Model (CIM).
Implement Identity Resolution rules and build Calculated Insights to power real-time marketing activations.
Manage the synchronization of data between Data Cloud, SFMC Engagement, and other external platforms via Connectors and APIs.
Build and maintain technical Data Streams to ingest data from diverse marketing sources.
Develop Data Harmonization logic to ensure cross-platform data consistency.
Configure custom reporting views and technical dashboards for performance tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years in SFMC development with hands‑on experience in Data Cloud and MCI implementations.
Expert-level SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs to connect SFMC with external systems.
Deep understanding of relational data models and the Contact Model in SFMC.
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer.
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex data flows across integrated platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Collaborative mindset to work with architects and business analysts.
