Job Description As an associate, you will work within the practice of a LensCrafters subleasing optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. You will provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients, operate the doctor’s office, and collaborate with the subleasing doctor on practice management and patient care. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the subleasing doctor.

Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule

Use of the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System with full tech and pre‑testing support
Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
Compensation & Benefits Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
