Credit Officer - Private Banking

The Credit Analyst will provide analytical and underwriting support for MidFirst Private Banking. Loan underwriting encompasses the following: Financial analysis of the borrowers and guarantors including personal and business tax returns, financial statements and other documents; collateral analysis; loan structure and documentation; completion of credit memorandum or similar approval documents.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Effective written and oral communication
Strong technical writing abilities
Ability to manage to pre-determined deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities
Position requires excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products is required
Experience with Moody's RiskAnalyst and Buker Taxanalysis (or comparable analytical software) is preferred
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Private Banking analyst or underwriter role or equivalent experience as demonstrated through work, training, military or education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar related fields required
Some experience in mortgage underwriting may be considered
