Entry-Level Sales - Recruiter/Account Manager

You start as a Recruiter, learning about staffing and selling our services to clients. Within six months you can transition to Account Management or Professional Recruiting based on performance and focus.

Recruiter As a Recruiter you will: review resumes, conduct phone interviews, prepare candidates for hiring managers, and negotiate job offers to secure placements.

You will use Insight Global’s training program to develop sales and recruiting skills, preparing for promotion to Account Manager or Professional Recruiter after 8-12 weeks of real-world client work.

Account Manager Account Managers are the face of the organization, engaging hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies. They research, target, and connect with organizations needing staffing services, building long-term relationships and serving as business consultants.

Key duties include networking, cold calling, in‑person meetings, and collaborating with the Recruiting team to place the right candidates.

Professional Recruiter Professional Recruiters focus on inside sales of talent. They identify top talent, match clients with candidates, and provide ongoing support to ensure a world‑class experience. They account for the majority of placements.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $38,000 – $68,640 annually (location dependent). $5,000 LTI at one‑year anniversary. Promotion to Account Manager includes base salary increase, up to $5,400 commission supplement, corporate cell phone, and uncapped weekly commission.

Average earnings: Year 2: $73,000‑$88,000; Year 3: $121,000‑$145,000; Year 4: $135,000‑$194,000.

Account Managers and Professional Recruiters may win annual sales contests (all‑exp expenses paid trip, LTIPs, $7,500‑$10,000 bonus). Benefit package: medical, dental, vision, disability, company‑paid life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid vacation and sick time.
