Job Title : Bilingual Data Entry Specialist (Spanish)
Location : 201 W Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85003
Duration : 2 months with possible extension
Part Time : 20 hrs/week
Position Description The Data Entry Specialist will support Department with its 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment. This position will receive paper surveys that have been completed by community members in either English or Spanish and transcribe them into a digital database. The position will also be responsible for quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data entry.
