Automotive Sales Consultant

What You'll Do

Connect with Customers:

Build relationships in person, online, and over the phone

Represent the Hyundai Brand:

Learn and present vehicle features, technology, safety, and performance

Drive Sales Results:

Match customers with the right vehicle, guide them through financing options, and close deals professionally

Engage Leads:

Follow up consistently with prospective and past customers

Achieve Your Goals:

Track your performance and stay focused on growth, improvement, and success

Unlimited Earning Potential:

Compensation structure designed to reward performance

Competitive Pay:

$54,000 – $79,000 annually

Commission Plan:

30% commission with a $200 minimum per unit (after pack), up to $4,000+ per unit

$500 minimum commission when 10 sales are reached in a month (retroactive to unit one)

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience

Available to work flexible hours & weekends.

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.

Effective communication skills

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Basic mathematical aptitude

Ability to apply and understand reasoning.

Clean driving record with valid driver license.Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
