Job Summary As a Center Director Rosebrook Child Development Center, you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the center and oversee program implementation. Must possess a passion for providing high‑quality care and education.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of the school

Ensure the health & safety of all children and staff

Supervise staff and ensure policy compliance

Develop and execute marketing plans in order to meet/maintain enrollment goals

Perform marketing tasks, including enrollment and tours

Manage financial tasks, including tuition collection, and center expenses within budget

Interview and onboard new staff

Maintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy compliance

Report to the Center Owner/Executive Director

Qualifications

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related program

Experience working in a licensed childcare facility

Management Experience

Complete required Director training(s)

Must possess strong communication skills

The ability to evaluate and resolve conflict

Organized and detail-oriented

Energetic and Flexible

Shows initiative; strong work ethic

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)

Must pass a criminal background check
