What You Will Be Doing

In this hands-on leadership role, you will take ownership of residential and light commercial projects from start to finish:

• Project Leadership: Take charge of electrical projects on-site while guiding, mentoring, and training junior technicians and apprentices.
• Technical Execution: Expertly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical systems.
• Installation & Maintenance: Install and maintain wiring systems, fixtures, and electrical components to the highest standard of quality.
• Blueprint Reading: Read, interpret, and execute plans from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Safety & Inspections: Conduct thorough safety checks and inspections throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in residential and/or light commercial settings.

• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, as well as reading blueprints and schematics.

• Leadership: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a desire to mentor the next generation of technicians.

• Licensure: A valid Driver's License is absolutely required.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. (Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program is highly preferred!)
