Quality 1 Energy Systems Inc. is hiring experienced and driven Commercial HVAC Installers to join our Field Operations team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-system HVAC installationsfrom ductwork and refrigerant piping to wiring and controls. Key Responsibilities

• Install complete HVAC systems in commercial buildings
• Assemble and install ductwork, curbs, refrigerant piping, condensate piping, and control wiring
• Run copper lines, electrical wiring, and control systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
• Replace or repair HVAC system parts when needed
• Safely operate tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Proficiency in ducting, wiring, controls, and full HVAC system setups
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• No formal education requirement
• No specific license or certification required

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work and overtime may be required

Location

• On-site work based in Dallas, TX
• Travel to local job sites as needed
