
Social Media Manager

Position Overview The Social Media Manager is the voice behind our clients’ brands on social, and that’s not a responsibility we take lightly. You’ll build and execute strategies, create and publish content, own community engagement, and report on what’s working across a variety of client accounts. No two days look the same, and that’s by design.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and creativity. You’ll work alongside our content, design, video, and client teams to produce social that actually stands out in a crowded feed.
Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals, from brand awareness to lead generation
Manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and wherever the next platform takes us
Write, optimize, and publish content across copy, visuals, video, and short‑form formats
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to bring social assets to life
Monitor and respond to community engagement including comments, messages, and mentions
A/B test formats, timing, copy, and visuals to sharpen performance over time
Analyze metrics and deliver monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations
Ensure brand consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging across every client channel
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging best practices
Work closely with content, SEO, and media buying teams to keep social aligned with the bigger picture
Skills/Preferences/Qualifications 2+ years of hands‑on social media experience, agency background strongly preferred
Deep familiarity with major platforms, their features, and what actually performs
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across different brands
Experience with social management tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or Buffer
A sharp visual eye and comfort collaborating with design teams
Ability to read analytics, pull out the story, and act on it
Proactive, creative, and steady under deadlines
Comfortable juggling multiple client accounts without dropping the ball
Strong communicator who works well with a team and can hold their own with clients
Bonus points for experience with paid social, influencer partnerships, or social commerce
