Receptionist
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced office environment. This position requires the candidate to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within 30 days of employment. Key responsibilities include: Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary. Providing clients with assistance regarding inquiries, payment processing, billing concerns, and other office-related matters. Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for the office. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Processing incoming and outgoing mail. Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, shredding, and document preparation. Supporting the team with various office tasks as needed. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
