Roving Leasing Consultant
opportunity available with our team in Kansas City, MO. This person will split their time between our five communities in North Kansas City, with occasional assistance in Lenexa and South Kansas City. Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!
Schedule Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Saturdays 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on‑site amenities
Lease vacant apartments to new residents
Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
Assist property team with marketing efforts
Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
Foster and maintain relationships with on‑site residents
What We Need From You
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
What We Offer You
Competitive pay based on experience ($17–$20 hourly)
