What You'll Be Doing
The Mortgage Servicing Specialist is responsible for handling all duties related to the servicing of mortgage loans. This position works with clients to compile and verify all required loan documentation in order to properly set up and maintain mortgage loans. What We're Looking For
Act as a liaison between the Bank and Stifel servicing companies. Assist clients with insurance and tax escrows. Work with clients to complete loan payoffs. Answer servicing questions for clients, Financial Advisors, and other Stifel team members. Submit documentation to servicing companies for paid in full mortgages. Assist clients with the processing of auto draft authorizations. What You'll Bring
Understand and comply with mortgage industry regulations. Basic knowledge of mortgage servicing. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Education & Experience
Minimum required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum required: 1–2 years related experience. Licenses & Credentials
Minimum required: None. Systems & Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Benefits
