6:30 PM

$18.50/hr 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM

4:00 AM

$18.50/hr + $2/hr shift differential 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM

9:00 AM

$21.50/hr Auto Mechanics, Diesel Techs, and Hands-On Troubleshooters Encouraged to Apply If you've worked on engines, diagnosed mechanical issues, or handled repairs, this role uses those same skills

just in a production environment. This is a machine-focused position where you'll be responsible for keeping automated packaging equipment running efficiently. What You'll Be Doing: Troubleshooting packaging line machinery Fixing jams and minimizing downtime Adjusting and maintaining automated equipment Performing basic mechanical repairs Supporting preventative maintenance efforts Monitoring equipment and identifying issues early This Role Is a Strong Fit For: Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians Diesel Mechanics Maintenance Technicians / Helpers Machine Operators with troubleshooting experience Mechanically inclined candidates with hands-on repair experience Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 1 year of machine operating or mechanical troubleshooting experience Comfortable working in a cold environment (3035F) for full shifts Ability to stand for 10+ hours Must speak English Steel toe shoes required No food allergies (including anyone in your household due to facility requirements) Work Environment: This facility operates in a cold environment (3035F). Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions daily.
