The Assistant Property Manager supports the operational and financial performance of a commercial real estate portfolio by assisting with tenant relations, vendor coordination, and property oversight. This role contributes to budgeting, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliation while ensuring a high standard of service and building operations. Job Description
Assist in the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including tenant communication and service coordination Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports Perform and assist with CAM reconciliations, operating expense tracking, and variance analysis Coordinate vendor services, maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with service contracts Maintain lease administration, including abstracting leases, tracking critical dates, and managing documentation Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field preferred 2–4 years of commercial property management experience Experience with CAM reconciliation, budgeting, and financial reporting preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management/accounting systems (e.g., Yardi) Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
