Position:
Leasing Professional Location:
The Apex Apartments - Cincinnati, OH Office Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay Rate:
Up to $21 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions and incentives
What You'll Do:
Drive leasing success and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move‑in.
Engage prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments and amenities
Manage inquiries, follow‑ups, and leasing activity in Yardi
Assist with applications, renewals, and insurance verification
Ensure smooth move‑ins and maintain model and market‑ready units
Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing, and resident events
Who You Are:
A motivated, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
At least 1 year of experience required; leasing or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Sales experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred
Experience with tours, leasing, and application management
Detail‑oriented with a focus on customer service and community engagement
Comfortable supporting marketing and social media efforts
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
